HR and payroll for Philippine companies
From time-in to payslip, one employee record.
Attendance, leave, schedules and payroll work from the same employee record, and every payslip is computed with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR rules, so HR and payroll never retype a name or a number.
For employees, HR, payroll and management, each in their own portal.

Every portal, one record
HR keeps the employee record, payroll pays from it, and every employee sees their own part of it. Here is everything the system covers, portal by portal.

How one cutoff runs
Scroll through a pay cycle, from the first tap at the kiosk to the printed payslip. Each stop is a part of the system your team uses at that point in the cutoff.
Tap in at the kioskEvery workday
One cutoff, start to finish
Every workday, step 1 of 7
Tap in at the kiosk
Employees tap their RFID card at the kiosk. Each tap lands on their attendance for the day, first in and last out, with no spreadsheet to collect.
- A kiosk screen that reads RFID card taps
- Taps recorded straight to the employee's record
- Attendance can also be imported from Excel

Schedule and grace period applied
Each tap is read against the employee's work schedule and rest days. Late, undertime and absences come from the schedule, after the grace period you set.
- Work schedules with first and second shift
- A late threshold (grace period) per schedule
- Rest day patterns and date-ranged overrides
Attendance, Santos, Mara L. Schedule 8:00 AM–5:00 PM · grace 10 min
Mon 8:07 AM On time Tue 8:14 AM Late 14 min Sat — Rest day During the cutoff, step 3 of 7
Leave and overtime approved
Employees file leave and overtime from their own portal. HR reviews and approves, and the approved days and hours flow into attendance and pay.
- Leave credits, grants and year-end carry-over
- Overtime applications with approval
- Calendar of holidays and company events

At cutoff, step 4 of 7
Premiums computed
At cutoff the payroll run computes each day's premium from the calendar and the hours worked: regular and special holidays, rest days, overtime and night differential.
- Premium rates kept in Payroll Setup
- Holidays read from the company calendar
- Pay rates, allowances and deductions per employee
Premiums, Nov 1–15 Overtime, 2.0 h × 125% Rest day worked, 4.0 h × 130% Night differential, 3.0 h + 10% Regular holiday worked, 8.0 h × 200% At cutoff, step 5 of 7
Contributions and tax
Contributions come from the statutory tables for the pay date, and withholding tax is computed on net taxable pay, after the employee's share of contributions.
- SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG tables by effective date
- BIR withholding tax table
- Loans deducted and tracked in a ledger
Deductions, Santos, Mara L. SSS 750.00 PhilHealth 375.00 Pag-IBIG 100.00 Withholding tax 576.11 Total deductions1,801.11Before payday, step 6 of 7
Run approved and released
The run moves from draft to computed to approved. Payroll can adjust a line with an override before approval, then release pay to everyone or to a few at a time.
- Draft, computed, approved and released
- Per-employee overrides before approval
- Release all at once or partially

Payslips and DTR
Employees see their payslips and their daily time record in their own portal. Payroll prints payslips in batches, and the DTR prints from the employee's record.
- My Payslips and My DTR for every employee
- Batch payslip printing

Ready when the rates change
Contribution tables are kept by effective date. When SSS moved to 15% in January 2025, payroll added the new table once with its effective date, and each run picks the table in effect.
Every table is editable in Payroll Setup, and can be exported to Excel and imported back.
| Contribution | 2024 | 2025 |
|---|---|---|
| SSS contribution rate | 14% of MSC | 15% of MSC (changed) |
| SSS maximum monthly salary credit | ₱30,000 | ₱35,000 (changed) |
| PhilHealth premium | 5%, ₱100,000 ceiling | 5%, ₱100,000 ceiling |
| Pag-IBIG maximum fund salary | ₱10,000 | ₱10,000 |

About
SyvanteQ HR builds HR and payroll software for Philippine companies. We start from the work an HR office already does, from the 201 file to the DTR and the payslip, and make it one system instead of a stack of spreadsheets.
It runs alongside SyvanteQ for schools, so a school's teachers and staff are paid from the same kind of record its students are enrolled in.
